Sioux Rivers Regional MHDS is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator.

Sioux Rivers Regional MHDS is seeking a Full Time Mental Health and Disability Service Coordinator to work within the Sioux Rivers service area.  Sioux Rivers is comprised of six counties to include Plymouth, Sioux, Lyon, O'Brien, Dickinson, and Emmet. The qualified individual will be based out of the Dickinson or Sioux County office locations, with potential travel to all six counties on a weekly basis. This position is a 12-month position only, with the potential for ongoing employment after June 30, 2025. 

The Service Coordinator is responsible for determining eligibility, funding, enrollment, and coordination of resources for individuals who reside within Sioux Rivers Regional MHDS. The qualified candidate will have a desire and passion to generate positive outcomes for individuals in need of mental health and disability services. This candidate will have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Service Coordinators are often the first contact point for Regional services so it is a must for the right candidate to demonstrate interpersonal relationship skills and be comfortable working with not only individuals and families but contracted providers to fulfill funding and program development duties.

Job qualifications include a bachelor's or higher-level degree in a human services-related or administrative-related field, including but not limited to social work, psychology, nursing, or public or business administration, from an accredited college or university. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the provision of services in a human services-related field. A valid driver's license is required for the position as travel will be expected.
