Sioux Rivers Regional MHDS is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to work within the Sioux Rivers service area. Sioux Rivers is comprised of six counties to include Plymouth, Sioux, Lyon, O’Brien, Dickinson, and Emmet. The qualified individual will be based out of Dickinson or Sioux County office locations. This position is a guaranteed 12-month position only, with the potential for ongoing employment after June 30, 2025.
The Administrative Assistant will establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders including county employees, governance and advisory boards, and contracted service providers. Responsibilities include participating in multi-disciplinary and regional planning meetings, supporting the CEO, CAO, and Service Coordinators with administrative tasks such as phones, greeting consumers, managing office supplies, scanning documents, and assisting with regional claims processing as needed. The role also involves serving as secretary for advisory boards, assisting with data analytics to ensure compliance with HHS contracts, and organizing public education and training opportunities for regional consumers.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or higher in a related field, a minimum of two years’ experience in human services, and competencies in software use, organization, teamwork, and adaptability. This position will require travel between the six county offices, so a valid drivers license and insurance is mandatory.
